Votre logement est concern\u00e9 par ce diagnostic s&rsquo;il a \u00e9t\u00e9 construit avant 1949. Le Crep doit \u00eatre int\u00e9gr\u00e9 au dossier de diagnostic technique (DDT). Le DDT doit \u00eatre remis \u00e0 l&rsquo;acqu\u00e9reur ou locataire en cas de vente ou location d&rsquo;un logement.
